Beth Taylor - Cognitive Empathy Coach
When leaders incorporate empathy -- to influence, impact and
motivate -- they inadvertently increase the company’s ROI!
Leading with empathy just means consistent acknowledgement, curiosity and active listening skills.

Embracing human empathy has already been proven to increase employee retention and personal engagement -- while creating a culture of inclusion and diversity. But it's still relatively new to the modern business world. The word empathy itself has not been around that long, only since the late 1930’s!
It’s meaning continues to evolve and grow -- and since the early 2000's, leading business institutions and publications from Harvard Business Journal (2004, 2019, 2020), The Wall Street Journal, Google News and many others have been able to directly tie executive empathy, specifically Cognitive Empathy, to improve employee performance and positively impact ROI in short order.

Each of our clients or companies is directed to focus on high-value activities, aligning directly with their specific goals to succeed in a rapidly evolving world. Beth brings a unique blend of traditional business acumen combined with true entrepreneurial style to her coaching; creating a customized program for each unique set of circumstances.
